Pulled Hamstring
Juanita pulled a hamstring during bowling. A previous similar experience had required massage twice a week for 3-4 months.
The leg was even more painful for a day following the first treatment, but the hamstring pain then disappeared; a slight residual twinge down the leg was fully resolved after a second session. (Malvern, 1999)

ONE-TO-ONE TREATMENTS

Do you suffer from any of these conditions?
Back and neck pain, whiplash, scoliosis, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel, RSI, hamstring, knee and ankle problems, pelvic pain, groin strain, headaches, migraines, jaw pain, hay fever, asthma and respiratory problems, breast pains, digestive conditions and infant colic, menstrual and fertility issues.

If so just climb on to the couch and enjoy! Loose, lightweight clothing is fine.

What will happen during the treatment?
Get relaxed and comfortable under warm blankets or towels, and feel my fingers and thumbs sometimes gently, sometimes firmly probing and then rolling over the muscles and ligaments, releasing the tensions. Every so often I will leave you for a break of 1-2 minutes to allow the released energy waves to take full effect. Your treatment will last about 45 minutes, and full aftercare instructions will be given.
