Back and neck pain. Infertility. Karen came for the pain in her upper back and neck, and for headaches. IVF treatment had been unsuccessful. After treatment one arm became very painful for two days, then everything ‘freed up’, including a painful knee. Headaches eased off after two sessions, and eating habits improved. The last five sessions were to address her reproductive system. After the fifth she felt great pain in the groin area, and ‘different’ the next day, as if something ‘had shifted’. Following further IVF treatment (or was it her husband?) she is now a happy mum again! (Malvern, 2000)

TIM WILLCOCKS is a therapist and teacher living in Malvern, Worcestershire, and is known locally as ‘the Bowen Man’.

Initially a water resources engineer, he has also been a maker and supplier of hand-spinning and textile equipment, and a school teacher/university lecturer.

Teaching started with the White Eagle Lodge (whiteagle.org) in 1976, and moved on through Reflexology to a range of therapies.

Usually two days of intensive theory and practice, but here taught over five days… with plenty of holiday relaxation on superb Greek beaches, walking in the beautiful Pelion peninsular, and daily swimming.

In Greece the level of instruction will be tailored to the needs of participants, since any combination of Bowen for Beginners, Intermediate or Advanced’ is possible. Let me know your needs in advance.
